Tour informationOur Victoria Melbourne to Mildura tour in 2025 is timed to coincide with the Melbourne Flower show.
We will again use Ballarat Coachlines and Bernie Wilson is planning on being or driver. Bernie will be known to those who have done previous Victorian tours as a top shelf operator and lovely person to travel with. Bernie has been a great help in suggesting activities in the MIldura area (his home town). We will start with 2 nights in the Melbourne CBD to see the flower show and perhaps some retail therapy before heading into the Victorian countryside firstly to Ballarat to see the botanical gardens and then a personal favourite, Lambley Nursery and Garden. We will then follow the art silo trail to Swan Hill for 2 nights with the main focus being the Pioneer settlement. We will visit a heap of interesting local places as we then spend 4 nights in Mildura. Australian inland Botanical garden, Lake Mungo, Murray River cruise, wineries and a few surprises. Fitness levelThis tour requires moderate walking for an up to an hour sometimes on uneven ground and some steps. Walking in gardens and national parks is part of the tour. An ability to handle own luggage is essential. A moderate to high level of mobility is required.
